I switched from a big pharmacy to Mahad’s about 3 years ago and I have never looked back. The staff are so friendly, incredibly helpful, and Mahad is always great at answering my questions. If I knew more people in KW, I would be referring them to Mahad’s Pharmacy and no one else. The absolute best pharmacy I’ve ever come across (after experiences with many). Can’t rave enough about this place and the service.
I went into this pharmacy for the first time looking for small sized hand sanitizers and they didn't have anything. So, while I was just browsing they ordered some for future purchases! I met the pharmacist Mahad and the store clerk Shiva and they were SO LOVELY to chat with. We talked about our favourite local small grocers and food markets in the area and how great they are and whilst doing that Shiva went to the back to find a couple small containers so that I could have hand sanitizer for my plane trip! So sick. They are the best pharmacy I have ever found in Kitchener since being born here. I highly recommend ditching any pharmacies associated with "big pharma" companies like shoppers or rexall and getting service and products from this place. 13/10 🌈 Thank You Shiva and Mahad
